- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you want a personal touch regarding your insurance needs, Tom really knows his stuff. Hes a native of Galesburg, IL and seems to know the city, inside and out. He definitely provided me an excetional rate for my auto and home. Also, the building is very interesting, and located in a historic downtown. I love the location! If Tom is not around, you can trust Dawn, she's been a faithful employee for decades, and is extremely helpful. Also, his wife Rhea works there, and she is very helpful and always a pleasure to see!
