- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not even deserving of 1 star. Worst service ever. I moved back in March and changed my address with then right way. Shortly after my account was cancelled. I called and was told it was due to a late payment but I hadn't received any notice. Turns out they didn't update my address. So to reinstate my account I had to pay two months in advance. I did this as I really needed insurance. Month go by and the same thing happens again on December. They randomly started sending my mail to the wrong address. After weeks of emails a phone calls I'm told they can create a new account but my monthly rate will be raised and refuse to compinsate me for their mistakes. Totally ridiculous. I will never NEVER do business with Dave Philips or American Family ever again. Worst experience ever.November 09, 2017by Brittany Landon
