- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor performance on all levels. The wait times are egregious-- as in I finally saw the derm AN HOUR PAST THE TIME THEY CLOSE. I waited literally for two hours. The nurses are terrible at taking blood; I had to make ANOTHER appointment for a blood test so they could try again when both my arms healed up from their attempts. They'll make you come in for extra appointments if possible so they can bill you again. And on top of all that they sent a letter threatening to call collections on me even though I had made a payment within their time-frame. The worst dermatology practice I've ever been to across multiple states.April 04, 2017by Christina Luu
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If youre going for the spa services it's fine. Anything else plan on waiting at least 45 minutes. We had to leave twice because my daughter couldn't miss that much school. You have to get the first appointment of the day if you don't want to wait. A lady accross from us left too. She has a bad back and had been suffering in the waitng room chair for over an hour!
